Use this for civic issues, public service failures, community problems, or feedback on our own programmes. You do not have to give your name.

Read this before you write

  • You can file anonymously. Leave the contact fields empty and we will have no way to identify you.
  • You will get a reference code. Save it — it is the only way to check your complaint later, and we cannot recover it for you.
  • We are not a government body and have no legal enforcement power. What we can do is document an issue, publish analysis, and take it to the office responsible.
  • In an emergency, or where someone is in immediate danger, contact the police (100) or the relevant authority directly. Do not wait for us.
